Please note that only Main Conference participants are eligible for scholarships to help offset the cost of tuition. The O'Neill is unable to offer refunds requested after May 25, 2023. Should you not be able to attend the Conference, the O'Neill will refund half of your total paid cost, minus any non-refundable deposits if the request is made prior to May 24, 2023.
